- Imagine a well full of clear, sparkling fresh water – when you drink it, it nourishes and sustains you. How full is your well? Do you know how to fill your well?

- If you focus on the negatives, you'll enter a spiral of negativity which can lead to burnout
(like a snowball gathering momentum as it rolls downhill!) - If you focus on the positives, over and over again, (which takes practice!) you'll build more neural pathways in your brain,

- Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur)
- Your internal saboteurs generate all your "negativity" in the way they respond to challenges. Your "Saboteurs" cause all your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt and unhappiness.
- Your "Sage" lives in a different region of your brain that produces emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm and clear-headed laser-focused action. By strengthening your "Sage" mental muscles you're building your well of resilience, wellbeing and diminishing burnout!
